LAMPIRE’s Llama vHH platform enables rapid discovery of single-domain antibodies (nanobodies) using proprietary single B cell sorting of antigen-positive llama and alpaca B cells. Single B-Cell Discovery Platform Snapshot

Building on our expertise in llama and alpaca immunizations, LAMPIRE offers a proprietary single-cell sorting process for target-positive B cells to support monoclonal antibody discovery. Combined with recombinant expression and screening, high-affinity vHH antibodies can be generated quickly and cost-effectively. Using as little as 50 mL of blood-derived PBMCs, this approach can run in parallel with traditional phage display methods, delivering diverse epitopes and strong biophysical properties. Note: Advanced target binding, kinetic analysis, and epitope screening are optional and included in our secondary screening workflow.
